HI, thanks for visiting! My name is Amy Dean. I am an artist, designer and illustrator living in Wilmington, Delaware. I am mom to two kiddos, pet-mom to a spunky pup and a big fluffy cat and I manage my very talented husband’s photography studio, Dean Digital Imaging

I have a formal background in Creative Design and Brand Strategy, I am mostly self-taught as a painter. I have developed my art practice over time by drawing or painting whatever was before me – a bowl of lollipops or lemons, the book I was reading, an ice cream scoop, a vase of flowers. I found my voice in those small moments, in paying attention and seeing more deeply into the nuances of day-to-day life.
